Amerkuzhi Puthenpurayil John Mathew is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing and metals industry. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, and an MBA in Finance from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
He spent the majority of his career with Hindalco Industries Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in project execution and materials management, eventually retiring as Assistant General Manager – Projects & Materials. His tenure was marked by significant involvement in large-scale industrial operations, supply chain optimization, and project development.
Mr. Mathew has also contributed to downstream projects of Hindalco, including assignments at their Silvassa facilities, where he provided strategic and operational guidance.
With his extensive industry knowledge and hands-on leadership experience, John Mathew brings valuable insight and operational excellence to DPAT Services Pvt. Ltd., strengthening its capabilities in project advisory and industrial consulting.

An IIM Kozhikode alumnus and Co-founder of DPAT Services, Charleson bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and complex technical execution. With a foundation built at Amazon, he excels in architecting enterprise-grade cloud solutions and SaaS platforms. Currently, he leads AI initiatives within the Indian Pharmaceutical sector, specializing in the end-to-end development and deployment of AI Agents and LLMs to optimize manufacturing and supply chain resilience.
Leveraging deep domain expertise in E-commerce and Pharma, Charleson designs architecturally sound products that prioritize rapid ROI and scalability. His global track record spans India, MENA, North America, and the EU, where he is known for integrating regulatory guardrails directly into the product lifecycle—reducing compliance overhead while ensuring sustainable growth.
CA Alex Salim Das
Co-Founder
CA Alex Salim Das is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode. He is the Co-founder of DPAT Services Pvt. Ltd., with extensive experience in taxation, audit, and financial advisory. He began his professional journey with leading global firms such as Deloitte and Ernst & Young, where he gained strong exposure to complex regulatory frameworks, corporate taxation, and audit practices.
With deep expertise in GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliance, Alex has advised a diverse range of clients—from startups to established enterprises—on structuring, compliance, and strategic financial planning. His experience includes handling audits, litigation support, reconciliations, and end-to-end compliance management.
He actively manages engagements across India and international jurisdictions, including UAE VAT and corporate tax advisory, delivering integrated and practical solutions to businesses.
Alex is known for his pragmatic approach, combining technical expertise with commercial insight to help clients navigate evolving regulatory landscapes efficiently. His vision is to simplify compliance while enabling sustainable business growth.
